Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your styling appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our styling services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
