By accessing and using quarrionthrexxon services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

quarrionthrexxon provides personal styling services including wardrobe consultations, personal shopping, and style transformation services. All services are provided subject to availability and our scheduling policies.

Booking and Cancellation

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of services, as specified for each service package. We accept various payment methods as indicated during booking.

Service Limitations

Our styling services provide guidance and recommendations based on professional expertise. Individual results may vary based on participation, preferences, body types, and lifestyle factors. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, but we are committed to providing quality service and helping you feel more confident in your clothing choices.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Our services are provided in accordance with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to services that are fit for purpose and performed with reasonable care and skill.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and styling guides, is the property of quarrionthrexxon and is protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, quarrionthrexxon liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. However, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal or seek advice from Consumer Protection New Zealand.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
